Performance Rib Knit is a stretchy and quick-drying fabric that displays a stylish and textured, ribbed pattern knit into the fabric itself. Sourced from a blend of 82% polyester and 18% spandex, the polyester content of Performance Rib Knit fabric allows the fabric to wick moisture and be wrinkle-resistant, while the spandex allows for a 20% vertical and 10% horizontal stretch. This fabric is knit in a ribbing style, meaning it features a horizontally lined pattern that runs parallel to the selvedge on its face, but the backside of Performance Rib Knit is smooth and soft. A heavyweight and thick fabric, Performance Rib Knit fabric measures 60/61 inches wide, is 0.67 millimeters thick, has a 300 GSM, and weighs approximately 17.8 ounces per linear yard.
