Medium Weight Weft Fusible Interfacing

Medium Weight Weft Fusible Interfacing is a soft and non stretchy fabric that features an iron on backing which can be applied to most textiles for added stability and comfort. Sourced from a blend of 65% viscose and 35% polyester, this fusible interfacing fabric is first knit, but also contains threading woven in the weft of the material to prevent stretching. Additionally, Medium Weight Weft Fusible Interfacing comes with a polyamide, dot glue backing, and is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning it has been checked to contain no harmful substances. Measuring 60/61 inches wide, this fabric is 0.30 millimeters thick, has a 75 GSM, and weighs approximately 3.7 ounces per linear yard.

Use Medium Weight Weft Fusible Interfacing fabric to add structure and softness to apparel or decor projects. To add this interfacing, place the dotted side of the material onto the back side of any textile. Next, cover the non dotted side of Heavyweight Weft Fusible Interfacing with a damp cloth and apply heat and steam from a hot clothes iron. The heat and steam will fuse the interfacing to the fabric. Attach Medium Weight Weft Fusible Interfacing to clothing like baby garments, dresses, shirts, and suits, or decor such as curtains and table covers to add stiffness, thickness, and comfort.
